TESTIMONIALS

1. Dorothy

My name is Dorothy, and I am a member of the Bongsisi Women’s group. On behalf of my group members and me, we wish to appreciate SHUMAS and Manos for the farm tools and seeds they have provided for us today. These farm tools will help us cultivate our farms in a special way and with ease, following the different farming techniques they have taught us. They gave us sheep, provided barns, and taught us how to groom these sheep. We will use the sheep dung as manure on our farms. The seeds given to us will be planted, and we are certain that they will enhance our livelihoods, together with those of our families. Thank you for this kind gesture.

2.  Brendaline Nkawir

My name is Brendaline Nkwawir, I belong to the Bongsisir women empowerment group. I will like to express my gratitude to SHUMAS for the assistance given to us from the start of this project to now. SHUMAS and Manos Unidas have helped build barns, provided zincs for our barns, trained us on how to rear sheep’s and cater for them. They gave each person 2 sheep’s, vaccinated them and today, they have come to put an identification mark on our sheep’s so that should in case they get missing, we can be able to sort them out of many. I am so grateful to SHUMAS and Manos Unidas and I pray that God strengthens them and replenish the source of their energy so that they can be able to assist other vulnerable women like us.
